This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, guide, and support a team of seven appointment setters.
• Set daily and weekly benchmarks for production, quality, CRM accuracy, attendance, and follow-up.
• Evaluate individual and team KPIs and engage in structured accountability discussions.
• Mentor setters through call assessments, role-playing, objection handling, discovery, relationship building, and securing appointments.
• Analyze AI-driven call insights and script alignment to uncover coaching opportunities.
• Cultivate setters into sales-oriented pre-closers while adhering to approved communication protocols.
• Track Kixie and GoHighLevel for new leads, response times, lead aging, routing challenges, and missed opportunities.
• Adjust lead assignments and escalate capacity or technological concerns as needed.
• Work with reschedulers to recover missed appointments, cancellations, and appointments at risk.
• Oversee closer calendar availability to ensure an adequate volume of qualified appointments.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex conversations, lead-routing inquiries, tech issues, process questions, and appointment-saving scenarios.
• Relay marketing, sales, system, and procedural updates to the setter team.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Marketing, QA, Closers, Revenue Operations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure precise KPI collection and weekly scorecard reporting.
• Partner with QA to uphold 98%–100% CRM compliance and address recurring data quality concerns.
• Utilize performance metrics to pinpoint skill, effort, lead quality, process, and technology gaps.
• Engage in appointment setting during designated production periods.
• Exemplify sales standards, communication style, patient-centered approach, and compliance expectations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR leadership, inside sales, call center leadership, or a similar sales management position.
• Proven track record in coaching sales conversations and enhancing measurable team performance.
• Strong background with KPIs, scorecards, call evaluations, accountability discussions, and performance enhancement plans.
• Proficient in using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Experience with Kixie or another power dialer is essential.
• Ability to assess sales funnel data and recognize performance deficiencies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
• Comfortable leading discussions with older adults, Parkinson's patients, caregivers, and sensitive healthcare-related subjects.
• Capability to work remotely from a private, quiet, professional setting with dependable high-speed internet.
• Availability for a staggered schedule that includes assigned weekend shifts.
• Preferred: experience in leading a remote appointment-setting or healthcare sales team.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI-driven call scoring, script evaluation, or automated QA systems.
• Preferred: knowledge of HIPAA-compliant workflows and patient-data privacy.
• Preferred: experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, QA, Sales Closers, and Revenue Operations.
• Preferred: background in high-ticket healthcare, wellness, or consultative sales.
• $2,500 monthly base salary.
• $50 commission for each Detect Kit sold from appointments personally set by you, subject to company policies on attribution and commissions.
• Fully remote position.
