Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales associates to meet customer requirements by identifying the most suitable products and solutions.

• Provide tailored customer service through prompt quotations and precise sales orders.

• Manage delivery logistics on behalf of customers.

• Handle sales inquiries for general information.

• Resolve customer inquiries or issues effectively.

• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and telephone systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 0-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.

• Background in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is advantageous.

• Strong sales capabilities, including proficiency in upselling.

• Demonstrated ability to respond promptly to customer requests.

• Capacity to make decisions swiftly.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and fulfill commitments.

• Skill in relationship-building.

• Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Quick learner of product knowledge and operational processes.

• Competence in effectively using a customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
