Sales Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist internal team members with order processing, sales reporting, and routine administrative tasks

• Establish and nurture relationships with distributor owners and sales personnel

• Travel for distributor meetings, customer visits, ride-alongs, training sessions, and strategic planning

• Propel sales growth by identifying new opportunities and increasing market share

• Address inquiries from distributors and customers

• Track sales performance and create targeted action plans for the territory

• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill distributor requirements

• Oversee scheduling, reporting, customer records, and follow-up activities

• Foster trust with distributors through effective communication and teamwork in problem-solving

• Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory

• Prior experience in customer service is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required

• Experience with CAMS Software is preferred
