This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the main partner for sales strategy and operations within the CareSource Military & Veterans sector.
• Drive enrollment growth through effective sales planning, reporting, market insights, field enablement, and collaborative execution across functions.
• Evaluate enrollment performance, sales outcomes, competitive dynamics, and market trends to pinpoint growth prospects.
• Formulate and implement market-specific sales strategies, recommendations, and initiatives.
• Manage sales analytics and reporting, which includes dashboards, KPI tracking, pipeline administration, forecasting, and executive-level performance analysis.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities, and actionable insights.
• Organize and execute sales initiatives, enrollment campaigns, and retention strategies.
• Work closely with Military Account Representatives and cross-functional partners to prioritize outreach and optimize field execution.
• Assist in annual sales planning, business reviews, and strategic planning through analysis, recommendations, and performance assessments.
• Streamline sales processes, CRM utilization, operational workflows, and reporting tools.
• Facilitate strategic initiatives across departments, monitor objectives, eliminate execution barriers, and deliver on business priorities.
• Identify, implement, and disseminate best practices that enhance sales effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
• Undertake other related duties as assigned.
• Operate in a general office setting and remain seated or standing for extended durations.
• Be prepared to work additional hours or outside standard business hours as necessary.
• Provide support to members during potential evening and/or weekend hours.
• Travel occasionally, up to 15%, in accordance with departmental requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education.
• Minimum of five (5) years in managed care sales, sales operations, business operations, healthcare analytics, or sales strategy is required.
• Proven experience in developing dashboards, business reviews, and executive presentations is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives is a must.
• Experience with TRICARE, VA, Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, or other government-sponsored healthcare is preferred.
• Military service, veteran status, military spouse, or experience serving military-connected populations is preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Familiarity with Relationship Management tools (CRM) systems is essential.
• A clear understanding of the populations served and a strong conviction about their needs is vital.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills are necessary.
• Ability to mentor and train others is crucial.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team is important.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare, products, and sales is necessary.
• Proficient critical listening and thinking skills are essential.
