Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the main partner for sales strategy and operations within the CareSource Military & Veterans division.

• Drive enrollment growth by utilizing sales planning, reporting, market insights, field enablement, and cross-functional execution.

• Evaluate enrollment performance, sales outcomes, competitive dynamics, and market trends to uncover growth possibilities.

• Design and implement sales strategies, recommendations, and initiatives tailored to specific markets.

• Manage sales analytics and reporting, which includes dashboards, KPI tracking, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting for executives.

• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities, and actionable insights.

• Lead the coordination and execution of sales initiatives, enrollment campaigns, and retention strategies.

• Work alongside Military Account Representatives and cross-functional partners to prioritize outreach efforts and enhance field execution.

• Assist in the annual sales planning, business reviews, and strategic planning through thorough analysis and performance tracking.

• Enhance sales processes, CRM utilization, operational workflows, and reporting tools.

• Oversee strategic initiatives across departments, track objectives, eliminate execution obstacles, and fulfill business priorities.

• Recognize, implement, and disseminate best practices.

• Undertake additional job-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in place of the required education.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in managed care sales, sales operations, business operations, healthcare analytics, or sales strategy is required.

• Proven experience in developing dashboards, business reviews, and executive presentations is required.

• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives is required.

• Familiarity with TRICARE, VA, Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, or other government-sponsored healthcare is preferred.

• Military service, veteran status, being a military spouse, or experience with military-connected populations is preferred.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Understanding of Relationship Management tools (CRM) systems is expected.

• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, critical listening, and thinking skills are required.

• Capability to interface with and influence external business partners is essential.

• Ability to mentor and train others is required.

• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare, products, and sales is essential.

• Familiarity with time and territory management is required.

• Strong capability to interact effectively with stakeholders and external partners at all organizational levels.

• Understanding of business economics and financial resources is necessary.

• Ability to identify business challenges, evaluate solutions, and comprehend business partner needs is essential.

• Must possess the ability to prioritize and adapt in a regulated environment.

• A valid driver's license, vehicle, and verifiable insurance are required; satisfactory driver's license record check is necessary.

• Annual Influenza vaccination is required during the Influenza season, with vaccination completed within 30 days of hire for employees hired during the season.
