Sales Specialist – Territory Manager, Endovascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic development of the sales territory with accountability for revenue, growth, and market share.

• Identify business opportunities and foster sustainable relationships with physicians, hospital management, purchasing, and other key decision-makers.

• Create and execute account plans for intricate hospital structures.

• Assist in endovascular procedures within the catheterization laboratory, hybrid operating room, and angiography settings.

• Launch new products and therapy concepts while delivering training and product presentations.

• Leverage CRM data, KPIs, and market analyses to prioritize customers and identify growth opportunities.

• Oversee regional projects and collaborate closely with clinical specialists, marketing, and internal stakeholders.

• Encourage best-practice sharing and support structured collaboration within teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management, preferably within the medical technology or healthcare sector.

• Capability to systematically establish and nurture complex customer relationships.

• Proven experience in working on projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and a keen affinity for data, KPIs, and CRM systems.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel; up to 75% of working time may be required.
