Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advocate for Aura’s mission of fostering a safer online environment for individuals and families.

• Attain a thorough understanding of Aura’s range of products and customer protection services.

• Manage incoming customer cancellation calls and work to retain clients.

• Conduct daily outbound calls to current customers with unsuccessful subscription payments.

• Advise customers on optimal strategies for safeguarding their online identity and digital assets.

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and connect potential customers with the Aura plan that best suits their requirements.

• Meet or surpass monthly targets by enrolling new clients.

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance sales procedures.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and recent developments to serve as a reliable resource for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales/retention or a comparable background.

• Consistently achieve or exceed performance goals.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving goals.

• Capable of functioning effectively within a team setting.

• Proactive individual with strong business insight.

• Ability to think on your feet and creatively address customer needs.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Mountain Time.
