This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Engage with Spanish-speaking potential customers.

• Provide assistance to customers through persuasive, professional, and positive interactions.

• Address objections while upholding a professional demeanor.

• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening, in customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker – required.

• Fluent in English – required.

• At least 1 year of sales experience.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

• Solid technical knowledge.

• A suitable home office setup with a quiet workspace.

• High-speed internet access.

• Capability to keep the webcam on during work hours.

• Availability to work 5 shifts per week, from Sunday to Thursday – required.
