This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Provide monthly sales data to the Sales Manager to assist with proposed forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plans after receiving forecast approval.
• Execute product sales strategies aimed at achieving sales goals and targets.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to fulfill their needs and meet territory sales objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
• Develop and share daily, weekly, and monthly plans along with results, cycle goals, sales targets, and outcomes with Sales and Marketing Management.
• Relay market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Participate in marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, booths, and trade displays as needed.
• Conduct video presentations, slide shows, in-service sessions, trials, market research, and advocate speaker meetings with customers as required.
• Ensure that territory activities are executed professionally and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
• Develop and maintain records for territory and customer interactions.
• Attend regular departmental meetings with the manager and provide continuous feedback.
• Cultivate long-term positive relationships with customers and manage key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
• Plan and implement adaptable 90-day territory management strategies.
• Oversee territory resources and utilize SFE tools to gather and analyze customer data and visit records.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in a relevant field.
• Preference for candidates with specialty experience.
• Understanding of business potential and the capability to translate it into performance.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience when faced with challenges.
• Agility and accountability in managing multiple tasks, including digital transformation, under tight timelines in a dynamic setting.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with peers, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Skills to motivate and influence others, including those without direct authority.
• Comprehension of product, disease, and market knowledge.
• Insight into product positioning and competitiveness.
• Ability to read and analyze market and competitor information along with potential opportunities.
• Basic understanding of territory and healthcare systems.
• Capability to sell utilizing the product portfolio and marketing promotions.
• Strong professional problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in delivering persuasive product knowledge and promotional messages through effective customer segmentation.
• Skills to handle crucial issues and engage with customers effectively using selling techniques.
• Challenger skills to shift customer perspectives and manage conflicts.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
• Ability to plan and execute a 90-day territory management strategy.
