This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Provide monthly sales data to the Sales Manager to assist in developing forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and implement sales strategies following forecast approval.
• Execute product sales tactics aimed at achieving sales objectives and targets.
• Address customer needs and meet territory sales goals through consistent engagement with clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
• Develop and share daily, weekly, and monthly plans, alongside cycle goals, sales targets, and performance results with Sales and Marketing Management.
• Relay market insights to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, health discussions, exhibitions, booths, and trade shows as necessary.
• Conduct video presentations, slide shows, in-service sessions, trials, market research, and advocate speaker meetings with clients as required.
• Ensure that territory operations are professional and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
• Maintain accurate territory and customer records.
• Attend routine departmental meetings with the manager and offer ongoing feedback.
• Foster customer satisfaction and build long-term positive relationships with clients.
• Manage key stakeholders and influential figures.
• Establish information networks, foresee opportunities, and monitor customer engagement.
• Efficiently manage territory resources in a timely manner.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in a relevant sector.
• Specialty experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of business potential and the ability to translate it into performance.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience when facing challenges.
• Agility and accountability in managing multiple responsibilities, including digital transformation, within tight deadlines.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with peers, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Skill in motivating and influencing others, including individuals without direct authority.
• Solid understanding of product, disease, and market dynamics.
• Awareness of product positioning and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in analyzing market and competitor data.
• Good grasp of territory and healthcare systems.
• Ability to sell utilizing the product portfolio and marketing promotions.
• Professional problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to deliver compelling product knowledge and promotional messages through effective customer segmentation.
• Strong selling and conflict management abilities.
• Challenger skills are essential.
• Competence in planning and executing a flexible 90-day territory management strategy.
• Proficiency in utilizing SFE and other tools for collecting and analyzing customer data and visit logs.
