This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Ensure consistent sales success within the designated territory by providing high-quality products and services.
• Enhance technical and sales skills to fulfill customer requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities while sustaining existing accounts.
• Supply monthly sales data to the Sales Manager to aid in the development of forecasts.
• Create and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Execute product sales tactics to meet established sales goals and objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to address their needs and achieve territory sales targets.
• Develop and share daily, weekly, and monthly plans and outcomes.
• Relay cycle objectives, sales goals, and performance results to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Provide market intelligence insights to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, health discussions, exhibitions, booths, and trade shows as needed.
• Ensure that all territory activities adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
• Create and preserve territory and customer documentation.
• Attend regular departmental meetings with the manager.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, market conditions, competitors, territory specifics, and healthcare systems.
• Convey product knowledge and promotional messages through customer segmentation strategies.
• Manage key stakeholders and influential opinion leaders.
• Design and implement a flexible 90-day territory management plan.
• Use SFE and other tools to gather customer data and visit logs, analyzing them for strategic planning.
• Experience in both the self-pay market and prospective review reimbursement market.
• Previous experience in dermatology and/or rheumatology is advantageous.
• Understanding of business potential and the ability to translate it into performance outcomes.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience when facing challenges.
• Agility and accountability in managing multiple tasks, including digital transformation, under tight deadlines.
• Capability to build strong relationships with peers, across functions, and with external partners.
• Ability to motivate and influence others without direct authority.
• Strong professional knowledge, sales skills, territory management, and execution capabilities.
