This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets within the designated territory by delivering high-quality products and services.
• Enhance technical and sales skills to fulfill customer requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Provide monthly sales updates to the Sales Manager to aid in the development of forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to formulate and implement the sales strategy following forecast approval.
• Execute product sales strategies to meet established sales objectives and targets.
• Maintain regular customer engagement utilizing sales techniques to fulfill customer needs and reach sales goals for the territory.
• Create and share daily, weekly, and monthly plans and outcomes, including cycle objectives and sales targets.
• Relay market insights to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Participate in marketing activities, conferences, health discussions, exhibitions, booths, and trade shows as necessary.
• Ensure that activities within the territory are conducted professionally and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
• Establish and upkeep records for the territory and customers.
• Attend regular departmental meetings with management.
• Convey product knowledge and promotional messages through customer segmentation.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
• Strategically plan and implement a flexible 90-day territory management strategy.
• Utilize SFE and additional tools to gather and analyze customer data and visitation records.
• Experience in both the self-pay market and prospective review reimbursement market.
• Relevant experience in dermatology and/or rheumatology is advantageous.
• Understanding of business potential with the capability to translate it into tangible performance.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience when facing challenges.
• Ability to adapt and take accountability for managing multiple tasks, including digital transformation, under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in building strong relationships with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Skillful in motivating and influencing others without direct authority.
• Strong professional acumen, selling proficiency, territory management, and execution capabilities.
