
Sales Representative – Residential Outside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as a reliable ambassador for Phillip Jeffries and drive external sales for the Residential division throughout the Boston region.
• Cultivate client relationships within the design community and assist clients in navigating curated wallcovering collections.
• Present products for new launches as well as established items.
• Inform clients about the features, artistry, and innovation of materials.
• Maintain libraries and sample tools to reflect the evolving collections.
• Follow up on project inquiries, samples, quotes, and orders.
• Surpass sales targets through strategic outreach and engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop budding client relationships.
• Represent Phillip Jeffries at industry events.
• Utilize social media to connect with clients and create impactful brand moments.
• Maintain consistent client communication through reports, updates, and handwritten notes.
• Collaborate with the New Jersey support team on the territory order pipeline.
• Ensure CRM systems are accurate and insightful.
• Organize weekly meetings with the sales support partner.
• Offer account insights for direct marketing initiatives and refine client strategies.
• Reside in the Greater Boston area, including Norfolk, Bristol, and Plymouth Counties.
• Have 4+ years of experience in outside sales, interior design, or a related field.
• Possess a deep understanding of the local design community and market landscape.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for tradeshows, headquarters events, and other significant brand moments.
• Comfortable navigating ERP and CRM systems.
• Equipped to work from a home office and maintain connectivity on the go.
• Reliable transportation with sufficient space to accommodate sales materials and samples.
• Exceptional customer service skills and prompt responsiveness.
• Savvy in social media and capable of representing a premium brand online.
• A collaborative team player.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Confident and clear communicator, both in person and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
