Sales Representative – Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the number of sales points within the designated region covering the greater Medicine Hat and Lethbridge area.

• Collaborate closely with the supervisor to achieve sales objectives and targets.

• Ensure in-store activities are aligned with and support ongoing sales promotions.

• Guarantee that in-store execution corresponds with the proposed plan, including promotional calendars, agreements, floor space, and planograms.

• Engage in merchandising strategies.

• Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems within stores.

• Oversee personal territory and customer engagements.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Complete daily reports using the mobile application.

• Manage the product inventory within the assigned area.

• Enhance customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have exclusive access to a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.

• Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising is required.

• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

• Capability to submit daily reports effectively.

• Must have exclusive access to a smartphone; utilizing an app during the work process is essential.

• Should be tech-savvy and able to easily perform digital tasks through the app.

• Must have exclusive access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.
