Healthcare Kit Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance brand and product visibility, pinpoint relevant physician practices, and generate high-quality clinical leads.

• Utilize Definitive Healthcare and internal resources to identify and prioritize target physicians based on specialty, location, practice type, and activity.

• Execute 70–100 outbound cold calls and follow-up emails on a daily basis.

• Assess clinical relevance, evaluate potential patient demand, and collect market feedback.

• Enter qualified prospects into the CRM, documenting physician interest, feedback, and frequently used pharmacies.

• Analyze regional demand patterns and provide qualified lead insights to the Pharmacy Sales Team.

• Ensure pharmacy shelf placement, initial stocking orders, and ongoing reorders.

• Create, segment, and research lists of targeted independent and retail pharmacies.

• Present healthcare kits, stocking options, and ordering processes.

• Obtain initial stocking orders and negotiate for premium retail shelf placement.

• Monitor retail inventory flow, foresee reorder cycles, upsell new products, and cultivate partnerships.

• Conduct 65–95 outreach interactions via phone or in-person visits each day.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outbound cold calling, door-to-door sales, or B2B business development.

• Previous experience in medical sales, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is highly advantageous.

• Ability to consistently maintain a high volume of outbound activities (65–100 touches per day) and deal with rejection constructively.

• Proficient in logging actions, managing tasks, and updating pipeline progress in contemporary CRMs.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Skill in quickly establishing rapport with medical professionals and business owners.
