This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver sales coverage and enhance market penetration for products within designated territories and accounts.
• Educate and assist Medicare beneficiaries.
• Distribute health education resources and coordinate health screenings.
• Facilitate enrollment and support health insurance continuation and recertification.
• Identify potential enrollees and assess eligibility for Advantage Medicare.
• Implement policies and procedures related to product disclosures, provisions, enrollment, and disenrollment.
• Establish a local community presence to drive enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized consultations as required.
• Promote Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other specified locations.
• Clarify covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions.
• Assist members with healthcare access, transportation needs, and related services.
• Follow marketing activity guidelines and provide necessary materials and documentation.
• Monitor competing products and marketing strategies, and report findings to management.
• Engage in telemarketing and outreach initiatives.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and special events.
• Complete applications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Submit reports on territory operations, product acceptance or rejections, and competitive landscape.
• Perform additional assigned tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Candidates should reside in New York City, including Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, or nearby areas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or community relations, including prior managed care experience, is required.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage sales is strongly preferred.
• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred; specific language skills may be required by certain plans.
• A State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License is required upon hire.
• A current state driver's license is required upon hire.
