📋 Description

• Acquire new clients for FIS BPaaS solutions

• Drive sales initiatives to meet financial goals, objectives, metrics, and growth targets

• Oversee large, intricate BPaaS sales engagements

• Offer outsourcing solutions such as Item Processing, Remittance Processing, Print and Mail, Card Personalization and Materials supply, along with related BPaaS services

• Build and oversee a sales pipeline and finalize business deals

• Market complex solutions to major financial institutions

• Cultivate relationships with executives through both in-person and virtual strategic discussions

• Align FIS BPaaS solutions and services with client strategies

• Collaborate with the Strategic Account Manager to upsell strategic BPaaS solutions to current clients

• Travel in the field up to 30–50%

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience selling to large banks

• Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, developing, and closing sales opportunities

• Background in selling outsourced solutions, including at least one of the following: Item or Remittance Processing, Print and Mail, or Card Personalization and Materials supply

• Proven experience in selling complex solutions

• Proficient in structuring, negotiating, and finalizing deals

• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills

• Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management

• CRM input and regular updates

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Capability to present to all management levels

• Willingness to travel up to 30–50%
