Sales Representative, Consumer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Enhance sales by optimizing shelf presence in retail locations.

• Assess product assortment in-store to minimize out-of-stock situations.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to determine the most effective secondary placements for promotional events aligned with company objectives.

• Oversee sales initiatives to ensure targets are achieved and implement necessary actions to enhance sales and unlock the full potential of each store.

• Recognize customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions.

• Provide regular updates on performance results.

• Work in conjunction with Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, and Customer Service teams.

• Engage with retailers and third-party merchandising companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary school diploma (higher education is a plus).

• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Field Sales.

• Current knowledge of the market.

• Familiarity with sales tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven and well-organized individual.

• Capability to establish relationships with key contacts.
