Sales Representative – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage customer service interactions and negotiations via phone and WhatsApp (both outbound and inbound);

• Evaluate and oversee leads while seeking out new customers;

• Register new subscriptions and implement benefits and discounts within the system;

• Utilize Excel to update and structure sales information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities;

• Persuasive, resilient, and results-oriented demeanor;

• Strong organizational capabilities along with meticulous attention to detail;

• Fundamental knowledge of Excel;

• Previous experience in call center sales;

• Must reside in Porto Alegre and/or the metropolitan area;

• Experience in selling newspapers is an advantage.
