Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures.

• Provide support to surgeons and operating room teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Develop and nurture new customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads generated by the company.

• Consistently drive customer conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and elevate user satisfaction.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) formats.

• Maintain relationships with key accounts to boost sales, enhance market development, and ensure ongoing service continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in field sales.

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).

• Experience in supporting surgeons within operating room environments.

• Preparedness for hospital credentialing.

• Ability to manage emergency support situations.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Current vehicle insurance.
