Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Become an expert on Treace Medical’s products and procedures.

• Provide support to surgeons and operating room teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Develop and nurture new customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads generated by the company and facilitate customer conversion.

• Work alongside the marketing team to improve product design and enhance user satisfaction.

• Organize, coordinate, and conduct product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) environments.

• Maintain strong connections with key accounts to drive sales, expand market development, and ensure continuity of service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven field sales experience.

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).

• Experience in supporting surgeons within operating room settings.

• Readiness for hospital credentialing.

• Ability to manage emergency support scenarios effectively.

• A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
