Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a recognized expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, providing support to surgeons and operating room teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Establish and nurture new customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads generated by the company and facilitate customer conversion.

• Work closely with the marketing team to refine product design and enhance user satisfaction.

• Organize, coordinate, and conduct product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) formats.

• Maintain strong connections with key accounts to drive sales, foster market growth, and guarantee service continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven field sales experience.

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).

• Experience in supporting surgeons within operating room settings.

• Readiness for hospital credentialing.

• Ability to manage emergency support situations.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Current vehicle insurance.
