Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in the products and procedures offered by Treace Medical.

• Provide support to surgeons and operating room teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Establish and nurture new customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads generated by the company to drive customer conversion.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and boost user satisfaction.

• Organize, coordinate, and conduct product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) environments.

• Maintain strong connections with key accounts to drive sales, expand market development, and ensure continuous service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven field sales experience.

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).

• Experience in supporting surgeons within operating room settings.

• Preparedness for hospital credentialing.

• Ability to handle emergency support scenarios effectively.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Current vehicle insurance is required.
