Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures.

• Provide support to surgeons and operating room teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Develop and nurture new customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads generated by the company.

• Consistently drive customer conversion.

• Work alongside the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) environments.

• Maintain strong connections with key accounts to boost sales.

• Expand market development efforts.

• Ensure continuity of service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2 years of proven field sales experience.

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%).

• Ability to travel overnight (up to 20%).

• Experience in supporting surgeons in operating room settings.

• Readiness for hospital credentialing.

• Capability to handle emergency support situations.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Current vehicle insurance is required.
