Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in Treace Medical’s offerings and procedures.

• Provide support to surgeons and operating room teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Establish and nurture new customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads generated by the company and facilitate customer conversion.

• Work alongside the marketing team to enhance product design and boost user satisfaction.

• Organize, coordinate, and deliver product training for surgeons in both instructional and hands-on (cadaveric) environments.

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales, expand market reach, and ensure continuity of service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven field sales experience.

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).

• Experience in supporting surgeons within operating room settings.

• Preparedness for hospital credentialing.

• Ability to manage emergency support situations.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Current vehicle insurance is required.
