Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Acquire new customers by prospecting and following up on leads generated by the company.

• Become an expert on Treace Medical products and procedures.

• Build trust with surgeons and operating room personnel.

• Provide insights to the marketing team regarding product design, performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct didactic and cadaveric training sessions for surgeons.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key account stakeholders.

• Assist in sales, market development, service initiatives, clinical events, and ensure business continuity.

• Support surgeons in emergency and operating room settings to ensure positive patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 2 years of successful experience in field sales.

• Willingness to travel locally up to 90% of the time.

• Overnight travel may be required up to 20% of the time.

• Capability to assist surgeons in emergency and operating room settings for optimal patient outcomes.

• Readiness to fulfill and maintain hospital credentialing requirements.

• Valid driver's license.

• Current vehicle insurance policy.
