Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a Sales Representative for Treace Medical, dedicated to leading the surgical treatment of bunions and foot & ankle conditions.

• Become an expert on Treace Medical products and procedures.

• Build trust among surgeons and operating-room staff.

• Acquire new customers through prospecting and following up on leads generated by the company.

• Offer insights to marketing regarding product design, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Organize and deliver didactic and cadaveric product training sessions for surgeons.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key account representatives.

• Assist in sales, market development, service initiatives, clinical events, and ensure business continuity.

• Provide support to surgeons in emergency and operating-room settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 2 years of proven field sales experience.

• Willingness to travel locally up to 90% of the time.

• Overnight travel may be required up to 20% of the time.

• Capability to assist surgeons in emergency and operating room environments to ensure successful patient outcomes.

• Commitment to completing and maintaining hospital credentialing requirements.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Current vehicle insurance policy.
