Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures

• Provide support to surgeons and operating room teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Establish and nurture new customer relationships

• Follow up on leads generated by the company

• Consistently drive customer conversions

• Work in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance product design and elevate user satisfaction

• Organize, coordinate, and deliver product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings

• Maintain strong connections with key accounts to boost sales, expand market presence, and ensure ongoing service

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 2 years of proven field sales experience

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%)

• Experience in supporting surgeons within operating room settings

• Preparedness for hospital credentialing

• Ability to handle emergency support situations

• Valid driver's license

• Current vehicle insurance
