Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter authority on Treace Medical products and procedures.

• Build trust with surgeons and operating room staff.

• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships through prospecting and following up on leads generated by the company.

• Offer insights to the marketing team regarding product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

• Organize, coordinate, and deliver both didactic and cadaveric product training sessions for surgeons.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key account stakeholders.

• Assist in selling, market development, service initiatives, clinical events, and ensuring business continuity.

• Provide support to surgeons in emergency and operating room settings to ensure successful patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience.

• Willingness to travel locally up to 90% of the time.

• Overnight travel may be required up to 20% of the time.

• Capability to support surgeons in emergency or operating room environments to achieve successful patient outcomes.

• Commitment to completing and maintaining hospital credentialing requirements.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Current vehicle insurance policy.
