Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, providing support to surgeons and operating room teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Establish and nurture new customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads generated by the company and facilitate customer conversion.

• Work alongside the marketing team to enhance product design and boost user satisfaction.

• Organize, coordinate, and conduct product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) environments.

• Maintain strong connections with key accounts to promote sales, broaden market development, and guarantee service continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in field sales.

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).

• Experience providing support to surgeons in operating room settings.

• Preparedness for hospital credentialing.

• Ability to manage emergency support situations.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Current vehicle insurance.
