Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Sell Medtronic's products remotely and retain end-user patients within a designated geographic territory and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

• Identify, develop, and secure leads for the business, referring internal leads as necessary.

• Contribute insights on new markets, product launches, and existing products or supplies.

• Promote and facilitate education regarding the company's products and/or services.

• Address and manage customer concerns and issues effectively.

• Coordinate product demonstrations with field sales representatives.

• Support field sales representatives in planning and executing sales initiatives.

• Provide continuous sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and follow-up with sales representatives.

• Build and maintain customer relationships, develop new accounts, implement sales strategies, and close sales.

• Sell products and/or services to clients while identifying new and potential customers.

• Develop new accounts and expand existing ones.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to structure complex contracts.

• Suggest improvements to sales processes and account tactics to achieve sales objectives.

• Engage with external customers and/or vendors through negotiation and presentations to manage relationships and finalize sales.

• May offer guidance and support to entry-level sales professionals and/or support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of experience.

• OR Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of experience.

• OR Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience.

• Relevant experience in sales, customer support, or a related field in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
