This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Propel business growth and secure new clients for anaesthesia and specialist injectable products through data-driven prospecting.
• Assess sales performance, identify accounts at risk of decline, and execute strategies for re-engagement.
• Engage with NHS stakeholders regarding procurement frameworks and assist in achieving Cost Improvement Objectives (CIPs).
• Articulate technical product differentiation and value propositions to pharmacists and clinical stakeholders via phone and video communications.
• Inform customers about supply challenges, backorders, and product shortages.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting, tender activities, and pricing contract management.
• Coordinate equipment audits and oversee the installed base along with future upgrade cycles in collaboration with technical teams.
• Work together with regulatory and supply chain teams to address commercial challenges.
• Oversee the entire sales process for assigned accounts, from initial outreach to contract administration.
• Meet quarterly sales targets, ensure at least 95% retention across key NHS accounts, convert prospects into active clients, maintain 100% accuracy in CRM data, and resolve supply inquiries within 24–48 hours.
• Must possess ABPI qualification.
• At least 3–5 years of commercial sales experience, ideally within the UK healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of NHS procurement frameworks and the pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Proven skills in objection handling, virtual prospecting, and commercial negotiation.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and virtual engagement tools, such as Teams and Zoom.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for effective remote stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to manage a territory and achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.
• Previous experience in managing anaesthesia, injectables, or hospital-based products.
• Direct experience in engaging with NHS pharmacy stakeholders.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and sales forecasting.
• Familiarity with UK wholesaler environments and pharmaceutical tenders.
