This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Drive growth and profitability in the designated geography/vertical by consistently achieving or surpassing revenue, margin, and performance targets.
⢠Effectively articulate and advocate for First Advantageās vision, brand, and strategic value to potential clients.
⢠Identify, cultivate, and finalize new sales opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
⢠Establish and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders to enhance communication, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
⢠Present and position a configurable, centralized solution that clearly demonstrates ROI through efficiency, compliance, service excellence, and technological innovation.
⢠Lead discovery discussions to uncover client needs, address objections, and propose tailored, strategic business cases.
⢠Proactively develop and manage a robust sales pipeline while staying ahead of industry trends and client needs.
⢠Provide feedback and insights to product and technology teams to influence innovation and ensure solutions are market-relevant.
⢠Utilize internal systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solution delivery, product configuration, and client service.
⢠Stay informed about industry benchmarks, trends, emerging technologies, privacy legislation, and the competitive landscape to guide strategy and ensure compliance.
⢠Successfully navigate and close complex, consultative sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
⢠Offer continuous post-go-live support to customers, ensuring a seamless transition, ongoing satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.
⢠Bring a collaborative and strategic approach, with strong critical thinking skills that enhance team credibility and contribute to First Advantageās industry prominence.
⢠Operate with agility and excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic, and performance-driven environment.
⢠Bachelorās degree or equivalent work experience.
⢠5+ years of consultative sales experience in a progressive, high-performing environmentāpreferably in human capital, BPO, or technology-driven industries.
⢠Proven capability to lead strategic discovery conversations, anticipate objections, and clearly convey the value of a differentiated, high-impact solution.
⢠Consistent history of generating urgency and priority within client organizations to drive momentum and close deals.
⢠Strong experience in negotiating and finalizing new business, including contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and service level agreements.
⢠Demonstrated success in generating leads, building a pipeline, and securing opportunities for executive-level presentations through proactive, targeted outreach aligned with company objectives.
⢠Ability to access and influence VP and executive-level decision-makers across prospective client organizations.
⢠Results-oriented mindset with a proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
⢠Proficient at accurately forecasting and managing a complex sales cycle involving multiple products and services.
⢠Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and broader industry shifts to inform sales strategy.
⢠Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to succeed in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
⢠Willingness and ability to travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
⢠Must reside in the United States.
