Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships while establishing robust partnerships with distributors and major Modern Trade outlets.

• Implement the 4Ps strategy across retail locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational frameworks.

• Conduct regular visits to retail stores, allocating approximately 70% of time to Modern Trade and 30% to Traditional Trade.

• Supervise merchandising efforts, assess in-store execution, and provide support to the external merchandising team.

• Track and report on performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Provide insights to relevant teams and the manager.

• Report directly to the Field and Traditional Trade Manager.

• Collaborate with teams in Accounting, Logistics, Trade Marketing, and Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in comparable roles within the FMCG industry.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong analytical skills, along with strategic thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Proficient in Romanian and English.

• Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.
