Sales Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee pipeline health by tracking open opportunities and sales workflows from the proposal stage to closing.

• Analyze sales trends, customer objections, repeat business, and shifts in the customer journey to inform marketing strategies.

• Prioritize and delegate follow-ups to account executives while monitoring their completion status.

• Ensure the accuracy of records, fields, and financial data in Autotask and Zoho CRM.

• Handle MSAs and NDAs from draft to signature, ensuring proper filing of executed agreements.

• Evaluate pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and initiate process enhancements.

• Lead special initiatives, including system integrations and vendor collaborations, from inception to completion.

• Facilitate the transition to delivery after contract signing.

• Prepare account executives to deliver ongoing client support and maintenance.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

• A background in product management is also considered a suitable fit.

• Proven experience in managing a high volume of simultaneous projects or workstreams.

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis for identifying trends, tracking progress, and suggesting improvements.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently and maintaining productivity with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

• A friendly demeanor and consistently positive attitude.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with Autotask or Zoho CRM is advantageous.

• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem or possessing Microsoft certifications is beneficial.

• Prior experience in sales operations within an IT services company is a plus.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
