Sales Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage in an immersive eight-week training program aimed at providing essential tools, knowledge, and insights into the ticket sales industry.

• Participate in weekly virtual training sessions facilitated by professionals from the MLB Ticketing Department and sales executives from various MLB teams.

• Develop expertise and skills that will enhance your competitiveness in interviews for entry-level sales roles.

• After successful completion, gain access to the hiring pipeline for potential entry-level sales opportunities with MLB and MiLB clubs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student at a four-year college or university, community college, trade school, or a recent graduate from any educational institution.

• A strong desire to pursue a career in sports beyond the field, particularly focusing on sales.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with readiness to cultivate relationships and manage communications remotely with a diverse range of individuals.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and possessing an exceptional work ethic.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to attend weekly virtual sessions via Zoom.
