This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement training programs for new hires, advanced sales practices, and ongoing education for field representatives and district managers.
• Develop in-person, virtual, and blended learning solutions utilizing adult learning principles and creative instructional techniques.
• Create content for product launches, national action plan meetings, disease state education, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead both virtual and instructor-led training across various digital platforms.
• Conduct field visits to observe, coach, and provide constructive feedback to sales representatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted training interventions.
• Coach and prepare trainers and/or regional sales managers who assist during training sessions.
• Support the development of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
• Work with Marketing to convert brand strategy into training content ready for the field.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Regulatory to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Align sales training with Market Access and patient support services.
• Engage with external vendors to explore and implement new training technologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics from the field, assessments, and feedback surveys.
• Monitor KPIs to promote continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact.
• Create, manage, and assign learning curricula within the LMS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or dermatology sales.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or as a field trainer.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and oral communication abilities.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with advancements in training technology, software, and materials.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–40% of the time.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., LTEN, ATD).
• Preferred: Experience in supporting product launches and brand training initiatives.
• Preferred: Knowledge of dermatology therapeutic areas and biologic product categories.
• Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
• Understanding of adult learning principles, methods, and social persuasion techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing training and leadership development programs.
