This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and expand the commercial operations throughout the U.S.
• Provide support to distributor sales teams on a national level
• Conduct ride-alongs and market visits
• Identify opportunities for distribution growth
• Assist in luxury and key account sales initiatives
• Take part in distributor business evaluations
• Facilitate distributor sales meetings
• Conduct educational programs on the luxury portfolio for distributor sales teams
• Train restaurant personnel on the history, terroir, and craftsmanship of the wines
• Create compelling selling narratives and luxury positioning
• Organize consumer wine dinners and tastings
• Lead visits with producers
• Represent and advocate for brands at local and national trade exhibitions
• Support consumer and trade promotional activities
• Coordinate execution plans in collaboration with suppliers
• Provide monthly business performance updates
• Share market insights and identify potential opportunities
• Assist with business strategy and forecasting
• Summarize market visits
• Monitor and follow up on market performance
• Oversee programming execution
• Identify avenues for growth
• Deliver supplier reports and summaries
• Spend considerable time traveling and engaging with distributors and customers in the market
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, sales, or a related field
• At least 7 years of pertinent sales experience
• Experience in luxury wine is highly desirable
• Industry qualifications such as WSET, CSW/CSS, or Certified Sommelier are strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in achieving distribution and depletions growth
• Strong existing relationships with key luxury On & Off Premise accounts
• Experience in managing distributors
• Exceptional sales, presentation, and public speaking abilities
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be a U.S. resident
• Willingness to travel weekly across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze complex data, and engage diverse audiences
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
• Organized, efficient, and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong sales personality with adaptability
• Comfortable presenting to groups ranging from 10 to 100
