This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage in an eight-week training program that emphasizes the essential tools, knowledge, and insights into the ticket sales industry.

• Participate in weekly online training sessions facilitated by the MLB Ticketing Department members and sales professionals from various MLB teams.

• Successfully finish the program to be considered for entry-level sales positions within Major League Baseball and Minor League Baseball organizations.

• Enter the recruitment process for MLB and MiLB clubs looking for candidates to fill new entry-level sales roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a four-year college or university, community college, trade school, or have recently graduated from any educational institution.

• A strong ambition to work in the sports industry beyond the playing field, with a specific focus on sales.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to cultivate relationships and manage remote communications with a diverse array of individuals.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and possessing an exceptional work ethic.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.

• Capability to attend weekly online sessions via Zoom.
