Sales Professional – Competitive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with and finalize agreements with families who have expressed interest.

• Manage warm leads generated through the company platform.

• Adhere to provided scripts, utilize CRM tools, and follow the sales process.

• Diligently work on assigned leads.

• Manage rejection while maintaining a high level of activity.

• Follow the established system and implement coaching received.

• Develop a portfolio of clients to generate renewal income.

• Advance into leadership roles and create teams for additional override income.

• Must be a resident of the U.S.

• Exclusively for U.S. residents.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• A life insurance license is mandatory.

• Must be open to coaching and mentorship.

• Ability to follow directions and execute a given system effectively.

• Consistent follow-up on leads and maintenance of activity levels.

• Capability to handle rejection without diminishing productivity.

• Strong work ethic and receptiveness to coaching.

• Independent contractor status under 1099.
