This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +4 more countries.
• Oversee and mentor Sales Paralegals and Assistants by reinforcing performance standards, priorities, and procedures.
• Conduct individual meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Tailor coaching approaches to accommodate various learning styles, experience levels, and performance requirements.
• Promote trauma-informed communication practices, which include empathy, active listening, appropriate tone, and respectful interaction with clients.
• Provide approved training sessions and monitor progress on development plans.
• Acknowledge accomplishments and address any performance or behavioral issues.
• Implement sales strategies and guide the team towards achieving conversion, contract revenue, deposit revenue, and case-opening objectives.
• Track performance, identify trends and root causes, and offer coaching and operational follow-up.
• Manage pipeline and follow-up processes, including payment promises and pending case openings.
• Hold team members accountable for meeting targets, adhering to processes, and fulfilling commitments.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful, and productive team atmosphere.
• Inspire the team through effective communication, recognition, contests, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain performance metrics and report results, risks, challenges, and recommendations to the Sales Manager.
• Keep detailed records of training, coaching, development, performance discussions, actions taken, and follow-up outcomes.
• Ensure Sales Paralegals accurately convey attorney-approved guidance and appropriately refer legal inquiries.
• Collaborate with QA, Learning and Development, Legal, and other departments.
• Reinforce process adjustments and address or escalate operational issues.
• Meet designated KPIs related to conversion, contract revenue, case openings, quality, follow-up, coaching, development, and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams, coaching, and ensuring performance accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical capabilities, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills.
• Ability to rapidly learn and effectively apply new information, processes, and guidance to ensure consistent team execution.
• Capacity to think swiftly and maintain composure under pressure while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales conversion, handling objections, follow-up strategies, pipeline management, and closing within established guidelines.
• Keen attention to detail in reporting, documentation, process compliance, and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Preferred experience in legal, immigration, professional services, or sales involving complex client decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Familiarity with legal services and terminology, particularly in the immigration sector, is preferred.
• Ability to perform sedentary tasks, sit for extended periods, and efficiently manage typing and data entry.
