This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Implement territory priorities, target accounts, client goals, sales objectives, and activity expectations.
• Execute a minimum of 10 sales calls weekly, or as directed.
• Allocate approximately 60% of time for operator engagement.
• Utilize CORE’s Seven Step sales methodology to prospect, assess needs, present approved solutions, tackle routine objections, secure commitments, and facilitate repeat purchases.
• Manage a Platinum Partner Portfolio comprising at least 25 accounts, or as assigned.
• Reach out to each portfolio account a minimum of once every 60 days and record needs, opportunities, and next steps.
• Feature at least four CORE clients during each sales call, or as instructed.
• Communicate authorized product features, advantages, applications, and value within established program guidelines.
• Keep precise Salesforce records and monitor opportunities from initial contact through to follow-up.
• Foster professional relationships with current and prospective clients while delivering prompt service.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, client teams, culinary resources, distributors, and partners.
• Enhance knowledge of client portfolios, product applications, sales programs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Responsibly manage time, travel, Everlance, samples, sales materials, expenses, and company resources.
• Achieve designated sales, activity, portfolio, presentation, distribution, conversion, and client objectives.
• Report on opportunities, risks, customer needs, and support requests while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• College coursework or a degree in business, sales, hospitality, foodservice, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred experience in entry-level sales, customer service, restaurant, hospitality, retail, foodservice, or related fields; prior territory management experience is not required.
• Basic proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and designated selling/reporting tools, or the ability to learn them.
• Capability to interpret sales reports, prioritize assigned opportunities, manage follow-up, and provide clear activity updates.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate account conditions, identify fundamental opportunities, and develop professional customer relationships.
• Capacity to engage in customer discussions, attend sales meetings, and comprehend information in both individual and group settings, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Proficiency in using the Everlance application and submitting mileage and expenses by set deadlines.
• Willingness to drive regularly throughout the assigned territory and travel overnight for assigned shows.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and maneuver in active environments.
• Capability to lift, carry, transport, set up, and dismantle materials typically weighing between 30–40 pounds.
• Ability to work in foodservice settings with exposure to heat, cold, wet or slippery floors, confined spaces, and high-traffic areas.
