Sales Operations Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Perform daily evaluations of CRM, operational tools, and integrations to ensure uptime and data accuracy.

• Address customer inquiries through email correspondence.

• Manage incoming customer phone calls, provide answers to questions, and assist with enrollments.

• Engage in sales discussions during peak volume periods.

• Create sales materials and documentation for newly launched courses.

• Develop and maintain sales templates, payment links, product documentation, and associated resources.

• Take ownership of and regularly update the centralized repository of sales resources, processes, procedures, product documentation, and regulatory information.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations teams.

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within sales cycles and operational workflows.

• Propose and implement initiatives for automation and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum C1 level of English proficiency.

• Over 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, sales operations, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication skills via phone and email.

• Capability to foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Familiarity with sales analytics tools.

• Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.

• Strong skills in team collaboration.

• Proficiency in AI for sales data analysis, process automation, or workflow optimization is a plus.
