
Sales Operations Specialist – Central Labs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist the sales team by overseeing operational processes and facilitating cross-functional activities.
• Ensure precise management of Salesforce (SFDC) data while adhering to internal compliance standards.
• Coordinate with administrative support teams to arrange and schedule client meetings, as well as manage logistics.
• Input and oversee Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new sales opportunities in Salesforce throughout the entire lifecycle to award.
• Input and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), guaranteeing timely updates and completion.
• Collaborate with the Legal department to facilitate the review, processing, and oversight of MSAs, amendments, and other contractual agreements.
• Oversee and coordinate high-priority authorizations, ensuring timely management and escalation.
• Maintain Salesforce data to assist in forecasting and reporting efforts.
• Develop and uphold sales opportunity reporting and tracking systems within SFDC.
• Engage with clients and colleagues, conveying sensitive information to various internal and external groups.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Execute complex tasks under fluctuating demands and changing conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a comparable role.
• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of contract terms/processes.
• Experience in legal or contract management.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing client-facing documents and proposals.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Skilled in managing several high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel in order to meet assigned objectives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and proven capability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Capability to access and utilize both proprietary and commercially available software.
• Ability to apply abstract principles to resolve complex conceptual challenges.
• Ability to perform effectively under stress.
• Capability to lift and carry items, luggage, and laptops weighing up to 15–20 lbs.
