Sales Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete Supply Chain function, which encompasses procurement, storage, inventory management, and the distribution of materials to stores.

• Lead a team of 4 Supply Chain Specialists based in the Philippines.

• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners by assessing terms, exploring alternatives, and replacing contractors when necessary.

• Manage expenses and forecast material requirements effectively.

• Diagnose the root causes of persistent issues and implement systematic enhancements.

• Utilize metrics and data to inform decision-making.

• Proactively spearhead process improvement initiatives and engage with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and developing operational processes within Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Retail Operations, or a related area.

• Background in handling offline infrastructure at scale, such as stores, dark stores, pickup points, warehouses, or a distributed network of locations.

• Experience in constructing and refining processes related to procurement, inventory, storage, and/or delivery.

• Familiarity with collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Strong proficiency in English for daily communication with an English-speaking team.

• Currently residing outside of Russia and Belarus.

• Experience managing a small operations team or coordinating employees involved in daily operational processes is a plus.

• Excellent analytical abilities and comfort in developing and maintaining tracking systems using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools is a plus.
