This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee, manage, and facilitate a structured sales learning curriculum.
• Take ownership of field-sales readiness and collaborate on ongoing sales development with sales leaders and subject-matter experts.
• Provide sales managers with coaching tools and reinforcement resources.
• Convert cross-functional content into field-ready playbooks, guides, presentations, templates, training materials, and sales tools.
• Promote CRM adoption, ensure data quality, maintain process consistency, and facilitate effective CRM execution.
• Lead the implementation and adoption strategies for sales tools, processes, programs, and commercial initiatives.
• Continuously enhance enablement processes, tools, and documentation.
• Assist in account planning by preparing materials, monitoring progress, and identifying insights.
• Evaluate enablement effectiveness through readiness, adoption, process execution, content utilization, manager reinforcement, and business outcomes.
• Identify capability gaps and suggest improvements and execution priorities for enablement.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Sales Management, Learning & Development, or a similar commercial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred; relevant equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience supporting sales organizations or working within B2B environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and learning platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering onboarding, curriculum, or ongoing sales development programs.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to function effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM platforms; familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Experience with Excel and/or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
