This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate the Sales Operations Assistant team by setting clear expectations, offering constructive feedback, assigning responsibilities, and reinforcing accountability.
• Oversee workloads, open tasks, team capacity, and coverage; address discrepancies, overdue work, operational risks, and staffing shortages.
• Develop and sustain written processes, standard operating procedures, escalation paths, system specifications, and guidance for common exceptions.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and other stakeholders to enhance processes and resolve cross-departmental challenges.
• Recognize, design, and execute process improvements that boost efficiency, accuracy, communication, and team productivity.
• Collaborate in managing and enhancing Salesforce, SAP, and associated tools, including system administration, configuration, testing, and user support.
• Analyze operational and sales data to pinpoint trends, risks, training requirements, and areas for improvement; provide insights to leadership.
• Generate, verify, and distribute routine sales, commission, and operational reports accurately and punctually.
• Oversee assigned operational projects and initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and communicating outcomes.
• Undertake additional similar or related responsibilities as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University with a focus in Business or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years in sales operations, customer operations, order management, inside sales operations, or a comparable role.
• At least two years of direct people-management experience, including coaching, delegation, performance management, and employee development.
• Proven track record of identifying operational risks and effectively addressing them.
• Experience in the development and execution of process enhancements.
• Background in leading cross-functional projects involving Sales, Inside Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; proficiency in Salesforce.com and SAP is highly preferred.
• Project management skills, including organizing, delegating, and coordinating tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey information across various groups within the organization.
