Sales Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage intricate, interconnected workflows that support the Field Sales team.

• Execute Business As Usual (BAU) processes related to hiring sales representatives, managing compensation and incentive programs, performance management, tool development and support, supplier partnerships, spend management, and business intelligence.

• Assist in transitioning new programs and projects into BAU operations.

• Supervise the setting of sales targets, performance management, compensation strategies, and incentive programs in collaboration with the HR department.

• Manage Field Sales budgets and hiring plans, including approvals for headcount and tracking of personnel.

• Collaborate with sales channel leaders and engineering stakeholders to prioritize and enhance sales systems, tools, workflows, and processes.

• Create customized tools for various business processes, projects, and pilot initiatives.

• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and internal tools using SQL for new datasets and analyses.

• Maintain supplier relationships and manage budgets for sales tools and business intelligence data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.

• A minimum of 6 years in sales operations, sales engineering, or sales enablement roles.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python at an intermediate level.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience with the Salesforce platform to facilitate key business decisions and processes.
