This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for our clients regarding sales-related inquiries and other requests, delivering exceptional service.

• Assist in the Business Development efforts within the company.

• Offer administrative and technical support for contract management, customer service, and tracking order history.

• Register and relay contracts, supplying pertinent information to our key stakeholders.

• Oversee the shipping process for goods to customers in collaboration with the logistics and production teams.

• Perform additional administrative duties related to Sales Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in customer interactions and handling sales-related documentation.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with 1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP is a plus).

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong command of the Ukrainian and Italian languages.

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in economics, logistics, or administration.
