📋 Description

• Implement strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sales revenue objectives.

• Enhance efficiencies by improving processes.

• Deliver strategic, data-informed insights to the organization.

• Oversee pipeline management, reporting, forecasting, and data insights in collaboration with sales segment leaders.

• Develop and sustain Advarra's sales business intelligence tools.

• Design and maintain sales dashboards and reports.

• Identify opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and facilitate cross-functional process improvements.

• Co-manage the tracking of the sales funnel and operational metrics.

• Provide consistent business insights and strategies to enhance funnel performance for sales management.

• Engage in team meetings and the development or adjustment of tools and procedures.

• Assist in training new staff as required.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in sales or sales operations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau or other business intelligence tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proven leadership and management capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of sales and team processes.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• High level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations.

• Ability to analyze diverse data points to resolve complex issues.

• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.

• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines independently.

• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a fixed workstation.

• Capability to regularly lift, carry, and lower objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
